Poor communication with partner

Stress

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION;

Eat more fruits

Avoid cycling for long hours

Drink 2 or 3 cups of coffee everyday

Avoid high intake of food with cholesterol
